Cyclocross Volunteers Required

We need extra volunteers for both races on Sunday. They will stand where the pathway crosses into the park to tell people entering that a bike race is underway and to warn them to avoid the marked course. They will also have to, diplomatically, answer questions about what is going on and how the races work. We will brief all volunteers on exactly what to do and say.

Without these volunteers, two are needed for each race, Sunday's events will be cancelled. The City of Ottawa demands that they be in place.

So please email Bob Woods if you can do the job, even if it rains! This situation will also apply for the final race of the season when we return to Mooney's Bay.
