Early Bib pick-up - at OBC Office - 170 Booth Street

Pick-up event bib and T-shirt if you requested one. No luggage drop off.

Algonquin College (see map)

From 17:00 to 20:00

Registration according to last name at desks in Hall C of Building D (green square on map).
Pick-up event bib and T-shirt if you requested one.
Label luggage – leave in Hall B of Building D.

Conlon Farm (see map)

From 18:00 to 20:00

From 7:00 to 9:00

Registration according to last name at desks in Hall C of Building D – (green square).
Pick-up event bib and T-shirt if you requested one.
Label luggage and leave in Hall B of Building D or near luggage truck in lot 7 – Truck leaves at 10hr

Conlon Farm (see map)

From 8:00 to 10:00

Check-in is from 13:00 to 18:00 at west of McNeil House

Pick-up room key/card and BBQ tickets by Bib Number (#2) or at OBC table.
BBQ and beer garden from 13:00 to 17:00. (#1)
Pick-up dinner/breakfast tickets at OBC desk if purchased without Accommodation (#2)
Pick-up luggage at McNeil House (#3).
After 18:00, a late check-in desk is Endaayaan-Tkanonsote Hall – 156 Albert Street (#4).
Dinner from 17:30 to 19:45 Ban Righ Hall (across from Victoria Hall)
If taking the bus to Ottawa or Perth, pick up BBQ ticket at OBC desk (#2) by 16:00, then get on the bus on Stuart Street in front of Smith House by 18:00.

Breakfast – 5:30 to 8:30 Ban Righ Hall across from Victoria Hall on Bader Lane.
Drop off room key/card at Queen’s desk at Brandt House (#4) – by 8:00 – do not leave key/cards in room or take with you.
Drop off luggage on Albert Street at the truck for your destination – Perth or Ottawa. – 6:30 to 9:30 – do not put car keys in luggage.
Start the return ride.
